The best thing is to take some time off for yourself, go out in the sun, close your eyes and listen to the birds. I'm going through the same thing, i'm drinking ensure drinks to give me energy and daily vitamins. Find something you like to do, draw, paint, read, ect. Take care of yourself:)

I have been suffering from post partum depression for the past one year when I gave birth to a baby boy. I couldn't stop thinking about how my husband loves him more than me and how things might be better if he wasn't born at all. Thus, I stayed away from him because I knew that I might do something I will regret for the rest of my life.

Almost instantly I went to a therapist and convince them that I need help. Among other things, I've tried herbal supplements and other book to treat depression but nothing works like the Depression Free Method. So now I'm proud to say I'm one of the happiest mother in the world. My husband loves us both very much and I thank the Lord for the blessing he gave us.

Depression Free Method?

Try to figure out when it started and you might find the cause and maybe work on it from there. There are many ways to combat depression out there .I f it happened for no reason at all then you might be experiencing clinical depression and need to see a doctor so he can better know the right course of action to take and there are also many herbal medicines that might help but again ask a proffesional for their help and lastly try to get lots of sun,or sunlight.Hope this helps and you feel better soon. There is always light at the end of the tunnel so good luck with this.

depression can be purely psychological in origin, but it can also be chemical, and serotonin is a key player in mood. Determining through counseling if it is psychological or biological in origin will be a good starting point in determining how to resolve this and move on. If you are uncomfortable with a counselor or psychologist, find a person who can help you by listening and helping you gain an objective perspective on your issues and emotions. I am here for you too if you need more help OK? :o) lovegodlots@yahoo.com

You know when you're down, it really helps to LOOK UP. Look up the sky and you'll realize how you are just a tiny dot in this universe and that there is more to life than mulling over a thing of the past.
Lighten up dude.
