I believe that, not getting the attention they require, they would have to either find another forum for their fantasies, or develop some new ones.

As a therapist, I have found that, when dealing with acting out kids, the quickest way to extinguish a negative behavior, is to simply ignore it.

Excellent question and deduction. I have already started the practice for some of the most redundant and crass. Here is hoping the idea catches on!

LMAO. . . . They'd think there was another conspiracy to silence them !!
As a therapist I'm sure you know that people like that have many conspiracy theories in their lives to explain that which they do not understand or their inner fears .

I feel the same way about the ridiculous comments made about the conservatives and liberals. If we all just ignored them, hopefully, it would stop...and we could get down to some intelligent discussion...

I ignore them, it is in fact a mental illness and you know it still has that stigma, I want to stay far away in case it is contagious.

same thing as what would happen if we quit answering the same questions that are repeated over and over every day. yahoo answers would shut down
