im having trouble finding a complete program of conditioning for volleyball, badminton and basketball for my exams... please help even just a draft of it...

Well, badminton focuses more on endurance than anything else. When I was on my high school team, we did Suicides, Indian Runs, Duck Walks, Bear Crawls, and basic long distance running.

The only muscle traning necessary for badminton are upper leg (squats, frog jumps, duck walks) and arms (especially shoulders, forearms, and wrists).

I'm not familiar with volleyball or bball regiments so I don't want to give you any bad info on those sports.
