Ok your question is a bit jumbled.... The question is in the United States section, yet you could easily travel from the actual country under Russia called Georgia to Italy.
So are you asking about the US state or the country?

Well it really does depend on the type of transport you are thinking of using.
It also depends on whether you mean Georgia the State in the USA or Georgia the country.
In any case its probably better to stay where you are and ask for someone else to organise a little outing for you.
Dont forget to take your meds.

More information needed. Which Georgia and to where in Italy. Maybe if you supplied that then you would get sensible answers.
