Absolutely not!! Has the health department been called? If it's that bad in a window display - what does the kitchen look like and do they wash items properly? If they have a pest control company - is chemical being applied correctly in a food establishment? The pest control company also has an obligation to report unhealthy conditions especially after advising the client of unsafe or unhealthy conditions and nothing has been done to correct the problem.

Don't really know but you never see wasps on dog poo and they don't go after rotten meat. The only rotten things they eat are fruits. Mind you they do hang around rubbish bins.
