i live almost entirely barefoot up at Grand Bend Ontario Canada each summer for a week...

I did it one time. The bad thing was they were my "mow the lawn" shoes and immediately the stench sickened nearby persons. Eventually the Fire Service hazardous materials team responded and bundled my shoes up and took them away, never to be seen again.
I really liked those shoes too, they were comfy.

I don't have to take them off, I never wear shoes in the summer, I live in the humid hot south.

hmm....no i haven't....but i ran in the meadows barefoot some weeks ago....it was my first time after many years :) so nice!
