Probably the same as it did when you had your solicitor prepare the original one for you - or less since all he has to do now is to go to his computer, delete the old name, and insert in the new one.

Power of Attorney is a simple form, you can pull them off the net.
Fill in the blanks and get it affrimed by two other signatures or notary.
make sure in it though you cancel any old powers.
