In india there is limited sorucrs of oils, so our government is purchasing the oils from out side countries at the time of BJP rooling party impliments some schmes for to reduce the cost of oil 20% of the cost is beared by the central goverment in the case of Congress Government doest not bear the 20% amount and aslo implimented by the VAT and other sales taxes etc., on not only oil all the commadities then only prices of the oil is higher in congress government.

u should be asking this to the US Congress, who have allowed Bush to throw the middle-east and central asia into war, leading to shortage of crude oil
