If a house is built and then the builder puts a price on it and then someone buys it, the house is affordable. Isn't the term being used by liberal politicans to move underachieving scum into neighborhoods where people have worked all their lives to have what they have-correct?

Personally, I would rather live in a small house with good neighbors that I can trust than a multi-million dollar house and need a armed guard.

Affordable, what is affordable to one is a dump to another. The people making the decisions on this live on half million dollar homes, and do not think that any cost is worth that of someone that can not afford it.
Yet as i have seen in the last year, a new housing for the needy, 125,000 condos, given to the section 8 for a few bucks a month, are now looking like they were built some 30 years ago, trashed up, beat up, trash cars, etc.
so what go did it do to give up this kind of money to let people tear it up in a year.
yet I do believe that some people do need real help, but we give out so much that the hand out everywhere and how do you pick the real needy?
