i wan to play games like runescape... which do not require any downloading... i wan to play it on the web so i can listen to my music and chat on msn at the same time... but im already bored of runescape

While I do not know any games like runescape where you dont have to download them I know one where its a small download and another that is text-based. The first one is Tibia (www.tibia.net) the game has to be downloaded but it is a lot better then runescape. The other is Crusader Knights (www.crusaderknights.net) while it is text-based it is a really fun game. It is still in pre-alpha phase though.

I don't know of any besides Runescape that don't require you to download a client. Go to http://www.mmorpg.com and see if they have information on anything you would be interested in playing. That site has very good information on lots of MMOs. Runescape is a really bad game, and should only be played if it's your only option (you only have a dial-up connection). Otherwise there are lots of better games out there.

If you don't mind spending money try world of warcraft or guild wars. WoW also has an online subscription because it is continually being updated, but guild wars does not. You'll have to wait for them to install obviously.
