Seeing your preference in bagels, I was about not to answer your question simply because my favorite type of bagel is Cinnamon Raisin too (lightly toasted with cream cheese and a super cup of coffee on the side...yummy).

Whole wheat cinnamon raisin with just margarine, sometimes a chunk or two of cheddar-flavoured soya "cheese" on the side, or a few grapes.

I love the Salt-Top Bagels.
If we go to the Bagel Cafe, then yes, I do enjoy having it grilled.
And tons of cream cheese is most desirable !!
