Pregnancy symptoms or PMS??

Question

Sharp pains in lower part of stomach sometimes left or right side(on and of).

sesitive nipples(not always)

Lower back pain

inceased appetite

frequent urination

bloated

irritable

fatigue

acne

headaches

tired and achy feeling waist down

I have had all these but not all at once.Period due next week.

when does ovulation take place and do you ovulate when you are on the pill?last period was on the 4th of March so i'm expecting my next cycle on the 1/2.I did have unprotected sex twice and did not have my pills with me.

it coudl be either. Seriously, PMS often mimics pregnancy symptoms. If your period is due next week the only thing you can do is wait. I know that's easier said than done, but try to focus on something else. Good luck :)

I get all of that the week before my period. I think it's just PMS. Sometimes I even get that for a week and a half or two weeks before my period. I have longer cycles and it really stinks sometimes. If you had unprotected sex while you were ovulating, it's very likely these are pregnancy symptoms, but this is exactly what happens before my period too. I wouldn't worry too much yet. Wait until your period is due. If it doesn't come, then take a home test. Even if it's negative and you still don't have a period for another week or so, test once a week until you get a result. If you're two weeks late and you still don't have a period and all you get are negative hpt results, go see a doctor and get a blood test.
