It never hurts to call your Dr. When I was pregant, all throughout, I had pains in my sides/stomach that were caused my round ligament stretching, which is very common in pregnancies, especially first ones. I would be seen because you can never be too safe, but I imagine that you and your uterus are just growing.

You need to call your doctor and see if he/she wants you to come in. Most doctors can give you moderate advice over the phone. He/She can let you know if this is an emergency and will probably recommend you going in so they can make sure the baby is ok. There might be advice to try something first to see if the pains go away, but if they don't, then you will need to go in. Please don't waste time. This could be more trouble with your bladder or it could be something more serious that could threaten your baby's life. I don't want to scare you, but you need to call your doctor ASAP.

Could be ligament pain and stretching of your uterus. My doctor told me I could take Tylenol to relieve the pain, but it hasn't helped much. Maybe it will for you. It's always good to ask your doctor for the best advice.

Not Normal, could be early stages of miscarriage, could be symptoms of UTI(urinary tract infection). See GYN ASAP.
