the doner kebabs in this country are rubbish.
the best ones are in germany & turkey. Here you just chuck some crap meat in a pitta bread and call it a doner.
the meat is nasty, it is a whole animal, bollocks n'all minced up. (have you ever noticed the small bits of bone you sometimes have to pick out?)
The meat is left on a skewer over night and simply reheated the next day.
If they take the meat straight off skewer and put it in your bread you should refuse it. It should be left for a least 5mins on a hotplate.
