This could be real labor or it could be false labor. I went through a lot of false labor with all 3 of my pregnancies. Some of my false labors even fooled the doctor when I went to the hospital thinking it was real. It's good you are trying to reach your doctor because he can give you the best advice.

You should always monitor any pain of this sort just in case. However as a mother of three (ages 7,4,3) I know that during pregnancy especially as the weight and size of the baby increases we fell much more pressure, pushing, and pulling in every part of our bodies. Also at this point your baby is more than likely in birthing position and depending on which way baby is facing (toward your back or toward your tummy) will effect where the pressure is. I had this during one of my pregnancies just horrible cramping etc in my back and the Dr. said is was because of the way baby was facing and all. So hope this helps. But at least you know it won't be much longer till your bundle of joy is cooing at you.

I learn Natural Childbirth the Bradley Way. It even comprises the sports you ought to train. I additionally learn The Brewer Medical Diet for Normal and High-Risk Pregnancy. I adopted the Brewer nutrition while I used to be pregnant. I used the Bradley approach with all 4 of my births. I additionally learn Husband Coached Childbirth, however that ebook does now not include what you ought to train to get competent for delivery.

You're very pregnant! Because you carry your pregnancy out in front, it puts trememdous strain on your back. I would think back pain would be normal, unless it just started or is suddenly worse...
