i am debating whether to drop wolf and pick up el duque

I'd keep Wolf - he's been hurt a lot lately, but so has El Duque. Wolf has the higher ceiling and will put up better skill numbers than El Duque.
El Duque will be good for wins and that's about it.

Both pretty risky, but both very capable.
However neither will be a top notch fantasy pitcher. Hernandez should pick up 15 wins with that strong lineup but don't expect a great ERA or WHIP.
If healthy Wolf is capable of winning 12 games (only won more than 11 once in his career) and an ERA around 4.
If there isn't a better option than either of these start out with Hernandez, but keep a close eye on Wolfe as he should be available on the waiver wire.
