hemophilia A is cause by a lack of a clotting factor. it is a hereditary condition and cannot be caught or just appear in anyone. what happens is that your blood lacks the factors that cause it to clot when you have a cut or are bleeding. most external cut and scraps aren't that bad. the condition causes concern when it comes to internal bleeding.

I don't know about the A part, but hemophilia is a genetic disease carried by the mother's DNA and passed on to her sons. Queen Victoria was a carrier, and since she had so many children which became European royalty, it spread the disease across the royal houses of Europe, such as the son of Nicholas II.

Hemophilia A is caused by a lack of clotting factor VIII in the serum. This clotting factor is produced by the vascular endothelium. The gene that codes for this protein is on the X chromosome. So this disease is X-linked and since it is recessive, it occurs predominantly in males since they have only one X chromosome.

haemaphilia A is a genetic sex-linked disorder(x linked) caused due to non-formation of the blood clotting factor VIII also called classic haemophilia.it prevent the cascade of mechanisms that contribute to the clotting mechanism i.e. it prevents intrinsic clotting i.e. closure of damaged capillaries etc. it is of higher incidence in the males. however extrinsic clotting mechanism is not affected.

i think this disease concerns blood.. when we got some lacerations or something the wound will not clot easily, instead it will continue to bleed... its hereditary, the royal blood family have this kind of disease because queen elizabeth, thier ancestor... got this kind of sickness
