ΣFv = 0

T1 = 170 sin 30º = 85N

T2 = 170 cos 60º = 85N

T1 + T2 = 170

85N + 85N = 170N

in case you may no longer grant the image, provide us the X and Y distances from the attachment factor on the feeder to the anchor factors (or angles and distances - regardless of the photograph shows).
