I would really like to become a doctor even though my gpa is low. I want to know what are other options other than post-bacc programs that could help me accomplish my goal of becoming a doctor.

you might have a lot of trouble getting accepted into a medical program with a low GPA, the best thing you can do is talk to a school counselor and see what they suggest. If you are still in high school there is probably hope because you can improve your GPA by really studying hard and doing well in all the pre med classes. If however you are talking about your pre med college classes that you have a low GPA in you might want to reconsider majoring in medicine because I am sure that if you can't handle pre med then the actual study of medicine is ten times harder. good luck

Your low GPA won't stop you but it will slow you down. You need to prove that you have the capacity intellectually to be an effective doctor. Further there is a risk you will struggle to much with the academic demands on a learning doctor and universities do not want to burden themselves with someone who does not cut it.

I suggest you do science or maybe nursing and perform at a very high standard and then switch across to medicine after you have proven yourself.

Most graduate programs require you to maintain at least a 3.0 so you have to identify study skills that will help you improve grades.
