I would backup my data and start again - that is reinstall the operating system. If I understand the question correctly you're computer has something installed that you didn't put there and the chances that you'll be able to remove it and associated programs is slim. Backup emails, photos, music and documents and restart with the recovery CD/DVD in the drive...

Get an anti-virus software. Microsoft Defender - no longer great yet unfastened (worked for me ---- howdy that rhymes :)) in any case, you should restart the computing gadget in secure mode and then run the anti-virus application. then you definately can restart in conventional mode. To restart the computing gadget in secure Mode. purely Restart the computing gadget such as you will possibly frequently. in the previous the abode windows loading exhibit screen press F8. this could be complicated to do ... so purely save hitting F8 periodically while restarts. Then while an thoughts exhibit screen pops up - use arrows keys to elect secure Mode and hit enter. Thats it, purely watch for abode windows to start - it is going to seem strange yet thats ok. Then choose for the anti-virus software from the beginning up menu and have it run. while it is going to locate the virus - choose for get rid of. Thats it you're finished - purely restart the abode windows lower back and it will all be lower back to prevalent. one extra ingredient - write those training down for the reason which you wont be waiting to apply the internet in secure mode. i be attentive to its fairly tedious - yet ought to artwork. sturdy success :) Ahh Crap - throatofwife have been given there first :(

SpyLocked is a very nasty rogue anti-spyware program. Are you using anti-spyware programs? You should use them because you never know what parasite may get into your computer while you are surfing on the internet. http://www.securitycadets.com/2007/03/spylocked-the-latest-rogue/ has some information about SpyLocked. You can try manual SpyLocked removal (http://www.spywareremove.com/removeSpyLocked.html). I think this will be enough to clean your PC.
