After a period of turmoil, its possible to loose faith in one's self.

You should think about the negative messages in your mind, challenge them. Its all too easy to wallow, but allow yourself a week for that, then pull your self outside to do simple tasks.

Each day, congratulate yourself for making it, step by step.

Do things that make you happy, learn to step back and appreciate what you already have.

It takes time, but there will be one day when you wake up and realize that you always had faith in yourself to come out of what you are feeling right now.

faith is there only it is just that some -tive thought have clouded your faith

see dear it happens with everyone of us because we desire a lot and if we don't able to get it we start saying -tive thing about our self. so just chill and b happy god is with you and hav faith in him.

at the end i will only say that believe in your self that you r the best and what you r doing is right and if any thing goes wrong then you can Handel it.

best of luck

Develop an "Attitude of Gratitude."
Be grateful for the wonderful things in your life. For example: be grateful for the friends and loved ones that allow you to think differently. Be grateful for this forum--a place of anonymity--to solicit advice without all the emotional baggage.
Stop, look around you at all the people lacking stability and happiness.
Be honest about your relationship with the "Higher Power."
Be kind to yourself and seek to help others.

The Golden rule Think before Act ! and after you have thought start believing in it. Once you start believing in yourself that what you do is good and right - your the best !
You will regain your lost faith in yourself.

Write down all your good points on one page and bad points on another. Failures on one page and successes, however small, one one page. Things on which you are above average and things on which you are below average. If your negative traits are more than your positive ones, check if they are something others don't have and only you succumb to them. If they are common, that should mean that they could be cured too. Then eliminate them one by one. Each time ou successfully overcome one bad habit or achieve one success or goal, give yourself a reward and hug yourself.

just do something new that can be fun for you but is also productive.

you can learn a new language (you can talk to your new friends)
learn an instrument (you can play for a family reunion)
take up art classes (then you can give away your masterpieces)

and in doing these, you would also most probably increase your social circle.

Without knowing your situation, there is no way to answer this question. You may want to provide more detail.
