Depends on the situation. If you were working and got laid off....then no.... You should feel motivated to go out there and find a new better job. If you have kids and are sitting on welfare collecting checks and not trying to make a better life for your family then yes. That person is a lazy @$$ and needs to get a job. If your independently wealthy and you dont need to work because daddy left you his bingo marker empire.....then no. You are rich and therefore you are better than the rest of us working stiffs. So it really depends on WHY you are unemployed and what you intend to do about it that will determine if you should feel embarassed.

It really depends on the reason and situation. If the person is just being a lazy mooch, then yes. If the person is a student, disabled, can't find a job after a lot of effort, or does something else valuable with his/her time, then no.

if a person lazy and doesn't want to work...yes, he/she should feel embrarrass about that...they are no such thing as unemployed , only because we are too choosy about having employed (high income, less job loads).get what i mean?
