I bought a cornetto the other day,two bites in and I still wasnt in
venice sitting on a gondola.

I bought my girlfriend some of that new Dior scent, she put it on
went out and when she came back, she didnt look anything like
Charlize Theron

Isnt this just another example of false advertising?

Hi Pablo, I agree with you 100%. I have been so tempted in the past to write and complain to the TV companies, about their false advertising, especially with regards to HP Sauce, I have bought so many bottles and not one of them has made me " A Bacon Sandwich " so far. !! xx

Advertising is designed to appeal to peoples emotions and feelings. One shouldn't expect ads to convey much in the way of facts. This is especially true of political ads. They get you to buy things or support causes by appealing to your irrational and emotional side, and most of the time with most people, it works.
