I'm serious but I ask because I was wondering. I get high off of songs that I really like, what about you?

That is natural.
Music is composed in certain ways to cause effects upon our body and mind.

Musicologist have known this for many years. the general public doesn't know it so most people just think "theres nothing to it".. but there really is.

ie; Many Hip Hop songs are using similar beats that were used by old African War drums- to inspire violence and fighting.

Mozart music is composed to stimulat the left hemisphere of our brain - logic!

certain so-called christian songs are just regular negative beats which inspire negative within our body..but because they contain "godly words " people think the song is good.
But its not.. putting words on top of rock beats dont make it christian rock - no more than putting a bible scripture on a nude ex-rated models pic make it christian porn.

getting a high from music is normal. its meant to do that

I don't know if high is the right word but I really get into the songs that I like and the ones that relate to my life, some of them I'll just start singing really loud and probably sound crazy but I don't care, if it's a slow song, I kinda meditate and sing with and think about the song and sing it like it's about me
