Formatting means lose everything, did u get the meaning. It is same as asking your barber "give me my hairs after you have shaved it". Best way is to store your memory contents in a Backup folder on your computer then format ur memory card then recopy it to your MMC.

No,sorry,u cant recover data if u delete it from a m.m.c if u have formatted it.

use an undeleat program it will do. However there is no guaranty that will work. Cut your loses now.
