I have my pepper seedlings in 4" peat pots under lights in my basement. I would say the temp is a constant 65-70 degrees. Some are doing well and some of them have leaves that are curling. What is causing the curling?

The leaves of some pepper plants naturally curl down. If you see no eggs or insect damage under the leaves, they are probably fine. Make sure that your plants are getting 12 ot 16 hours of light, This is the requirement for seedlings. Make sure you are rotating your pots under the lights. The far ends of the lights produce less energy than the middle. If you havent rotated the plants, the ones nearest the end of the lights may not be getting enough light.

Check very closely under the curled part of the leaves. Could be an insect or it's eggs.

To much water, not enough water, or wrong kind of light. You could also check to see how hot the light is making them by setting a thermometer with them. You might be cooking them.
