Men are more aggressive. It's biology mainly why woman don't rape, they don't have that aggresiveness generally, but it doesn't mean that there isn't sexual desire for the opposite sex. It's just genetics of how the sexes act. But, as far as men raping, only the scumbags do that, there are many good men that would never harm or do something against a woman's will. You must understand some rape is out of lust from men. But watch you have to understand is many rapes are not necessarily for uncontrolled lust, but from a man's anger, thirst of power and control,and who is very aggressive and just wants to dominate someone. That is if someone goes to a rape clinic, they will find out that many infants are raped, as well as 80 year old women, and autistic women. Therefore, showing how it wasn't necessarily lust, but what I just mentioned.

Rape is less about sex and more about power.

The pecking order is that a typical man is stronger than the typical woman. This makes it easy for him to control her for power. Rape victims (from a stranger) are usually smaller women who have bad posture and don't observer their surroundings. So a man who feels small and insignificant will use rape to make himself feel better.

There are very few serial female rapists & killers, but the movie, "Monster" staring Charlese Theron is about a woman who was molested as a child and killed men she picked up at bars in Florida ( based off true story ).

However, it is more common for women who seek the power (rape) to pick on their childreen as women are bigger than the childreen. We see more women killing their families like that one woman who drowned her 5 childreen.

Next in the pecking order, childreen who need power because they feel small and insignificant (victims of power struggles with mother & father) will pick on small animals and insects. Usually, it starts small ... tearing wings off bugs ... then spanking family pets ... then killing the family pets.

Again, rape is performed from those who have low self esteem and are seeking esteem through dominating another life. Sex is just a small part of rape.
