Please read the previous posts about this. There is no Plaza Hotel on Michael St, and there is no Ms Rachie Bryan either. This is a scam that has been going on for a bit now and many questions have been asked about this. There is only 1 plaza hotel in Ottawa and it is called the Crowne Plaza 101 Lyon Street North
