I don't say I'm gonna scream. I say I'm going to "take care of the problem, once and for all!"
And then I do. I find things tend to work with a little ....encouragement

Yes, a good scream now and again helps to relieve stress. Just let it out.

In the woods, in the bathroom, in a pillow.....primal screams can release a ton of negative energy. Do it, you'll feel better. Then drink a huge glass of water because your throat will feel raw.

Plenty of times I have actually screamed. Sometimes it makes me feel better, other times not so much.

During times of intense frustration I tend to swear rather colourfully, much to the dismay of Mrs Jonathan, who leaves the room, while I continue to rant like a Tourettes sufferer that's had too much coffee...

i like to go outside to scream, see how many neighbors open their doors and look out at me
one time i has having a screaming fit and the neighbor was washing his car and turned to look at me and i got hit in the face with water, the asshole didn't stop squeezing the water trigger to turn and gawk at me.... he moved soon after that, its a good thing too, i was giving serious thought to setting fire to his stupid car

My voice isn't really made for screaming, but I'll probably yell a little.
