Penis rings are completely healthy, as long as they are not too tight. Just try one that's made out of stretchy silicone.

Well now, I average about ten - twelve times a week. Not twice every day but frequently twice a day. There is absolutely nothing wrong with masturbation! It is a perfectly normal healthy thing done by 98% of men (the other two percent are liars.)
You can be assured that:
- you will not grow hair on your palms;
- you will not go bald;
- you will not go to hell (at least because of masturbating);
- you will not lose your mind;
- you will not become sterile;

I'd rather kegel exercises over penis rings anytime. Trust me on this. 3 to 4 times a week is considered tame compared to some (like someone else here lol). Masturbation naturally makes you exercise your pelvic muscles... especially during ejaculation. I masturbate and do kegel exercises regularly and I get rock hard erections and my erections can last very long - too long (up to 2 hours) will result in aches for me (like what someone else said here)... because of the blood pressure.. he's right. If you masturbate, don't do it for too long. You may physically tire your penis. But it is good if you use masturbation to practice relaxation techniques so you can last very long during sex.

If you have a g.f or wife who asks for it 4 to 6 times a week then it definitely is...else definitely no. And about the rings, why would you wanna use them? for better erection?....if you are not havin a good erection then start doin the p.c muscle exercises or the kegel exercises( Both are same). Search the net for this and you will get ample info on it. Doin it for around 5 to 6 months can give you rock hard erections that your penis will start aching coz of blood pressure.

3 to 4 times a week is fine as is once a day or twice a day or whatever frequency feels good to you and yoru penis.

As for the rings, well, they need some care and practice to use as well as finding the right size so they enhance without doing damage. And they should not be worn for long periods of time.

Masterbation is never unhealthy as long as it doesn't become an obsession and isn't causing you to advoid other activitys. It is very healthy and quite common.

As far as the ring's go I'm not really sure. Maybe try alternating on using them.
