Im useless when it comes to computers, i have a compaq presario 061, intel pentium 4 cpu 3.06ghz, 1024mb ram, directx 9.0c. With an ATI Radeon x300/x550/x1050 series graphics card. I have been playing a game that you have to download off the internet for the last few months but now all of a sudden it wont load. I downloaded the update but it just wont let me log in. Is it down to my graphics card? do i need to upgrade it? I was clearing out my comp a few weeks ago, is it possible i could of done something to all of a sudden stop it loading? very frustrated aghhhh!

It would help to know what game it is you're playing. In any case, it's not your graphics card that cause your game not to load. Perhaps you may want to reinstall/redownload the game and see what happens.

All the specs of your computer look decent so don't worry too much about the hardware. :)

It's definitely not the video card. You've probably deleted a file that affects game play. Possibly installing the latest drivers may help. Go to ATI.com to get the latest drivers for your specific card.

Check the version of the game you're downloading. There might have been a version upgrade that's incompatible with your hardware or drivers.

its unlikely to be the graphics card. have you tried removing internet temp files etc? go to tools, internet options and delete cookies, files and history. alternatively, download free ccleaner software and try that
