I would say so. But your ability to reason right from wrong and weigh consequence (such as law) pretty much throws you out of the psycho label, sounds more like a deranged fantasy.

I guess you have a problem. Maybe its because you watch too much of porn stuff and fantasize about doing it. The fact that you have said "except dear ones" shows the right side of you. You have not told your age which I assume is teens when you are impressionable. Maybe you should try some yoga, meditation and a bit of counselling with some mature family members.
