I think you mean like a big hot tub that could be outside or on a back patio or something.
You simply drain the water, take some bleach or clorox clean up, some soft srub and a scrub brush and scrup the inside throughly. Then rinse down and let air dry. Then when you fill the tub back up make sure to treat it with the proper chemicals like chlorine or bromine.

Believe it or not, this apparently works. Fill the hot tub to just above the jets with hot water. Add 4 packages of Tang drink mix. (You know - the stuff astronauts drink). Run the jets for 20 minutes. Let it sit 10 minutes. Then run it again for 20 minutes. Drain and repeat with plain water. Apparently, the Tang has some chemical in it that is great for cleaning the gunk off the piping and jets.
