meat especially pork, chicken, sausages and mince (and all other fridge foods) needs to be stored in under 5 degree cel. or frozen. Before cooking thrawed meat they can only be left out of fridge for up to 30 mintues. If frozen it is best to thraw it in the fridge the night before or in microwave.

the reason for this is that germs and diesease spread like crazy because it is a perfect condition for them between the 5 to 60 degree cel.

If you took it out of the freezer, it will be fine to cook today.
Put it in a casserole dish, and cook it at 180 for about 2 hours.

If it was frozen,probabely...In restuarants you have 4 hours to work with food outside a refridgerator IE:Total,if you take it out too thaw for 4 hours than you need to prepare,no more time left.If you have out for two hours, you only have two hours left...I personally would throw it away !!!
