If you're doing base 2, then it's 110. Otherwise, it's 22 no matter what other base you are using.

lol.. i like how ppl get so angry and post their angry responses. Oh yeh to answer ur question 11+11=22. This can be proved as is also works when u make 11=x
thus 11+x=22, then u take 11 from both sides to get x=22-11 thus u also get x=11. Thus proving that indeed 11+11 does equal 22

What do the dots mean? Infinite number of 11's? Them it's equal to infinity. But two 11's its simply 22.

if you want to get technical, it has multiple answers. if you are in decimal, it would be 22
if you are in binary, it would be 110 = 6 if converted to decimal notation
if you are in octal, it would be 22 = 18 in decimal notation
if you are in hexadecimal, it would be 22 = 34 in decimal notation
