The onset and degree of pregnancy symptoms will vary within women. Many women experience them within days of conception, others take a few weeks before pregnancy symptoms kick in and few feel no discomfort at all. Early pregnancy symptoms can be felt once implantation occurs (8 - 10 days from ovulation) and will lessen after the first trimester.

Nausea and vomiting may come within a week of the pregnancy. Many women experience illness in the morning (morning sickness), some in the afternoon or evening, but there are a few who will feel nausea throughout the entire day.

Breasts may become very tender, swollen and start to enlarge. Many times the veins within the breast will become more visible. Your nipples may start to darken in color, become more erect and be extremely sensitive.

Pregnancy causes the uterus to swell and it will start to enlarge for the growing fetus immediately. The uterus puts pressure on your bladder making you feel the need to use the bathroom more. This is noticeable within the first week or two that the pregnancy occured.

Your body will start to go through many changes and withing twelve weeks your HCG levels will rise tremendously making you feel hot (possibly causing fever) abd your body feel very sluggish.

Light bleeding (spotting) may occur approximately 8 - 10 days from ovulation. It usually happens around the same time you would have gotten your menstrual period.

When standing in one place you may feel dizzy or even faint. The growing uterus compresses major arteries in your legs which causes your blood pressure to drop making you extremely light headed.

Pregnancy hormones will slow down bowel functions making you costipated...which happens more and more as the pregnancy progresses.

and also there is irritability and heartburn.
Irritability is caused by raging hormones and the heartburn occurs because the uterus becomes very swollen and starts to push upward as it grows and the increasing levels of hgc will slow down digestion making your stomach not empty as fast as it is used to which creates more stomach acid.

Hope this helps!! Congradulations if you find you are pregnant!

Symptoms will not tell you you are or are not pregnant.

People on this Answer board will not tell you you are or are not pregnant.

A cheap, $5-$10 test bought at any grocery store will tell you, one way or the other. If you are having symptoms, or think you could be pregnant, get up from your computer, go to the store, buy the test, come home. Go to the bathroom, take the test, wait 5 minutes. Have an answer.

Repeat an hour later to be sure (they usually give you a couple tests per box).

I'm not be flippant--it's for your own good. If you are pregnant, you will need to make an appointment with your doctor ASAP, if not for your health for the health of the baby. If you are NOT pregnant, you may want to consider making an appointment because something else might be causing your symptoms.

Please get a test.

While symptoms vary greatly from one woman to another, here are some common, possible signs of pregnancy:

Missed Period

Changes to your breasts. Tenderness and enlargement can occur as early as a week after conception. You also may notice the areolas, or rings around your nipples, darken and veins become more visible.

Nausea and vomiting. Morning sickness can occur anytime of the day or night and may begin one or two weeks after conception.

Fatigue. While this is common in the first weeks, it often continues into your first trimester and may last throughout your pregnancy.

Slight spotting or cramping.

Frequent urination. You may feel the need to use the bathroom more often about six to eight weeks after conception, as your uterus puts pressure on your bladder.

Other symptoms may include: constipation, elevated body temperature, headaches,

if ur periods r regular then the first thing u notice is u missed the period then u may have vomitings & some have giddiness too. i sugest insted of playing the guess game go to a medical shop & ask for a pregnency test kit it is not expensive & just do the test to get the result incase if the test is positive repeat it after 4-5 days again. then c a gud gynacologist in either case ie if u want to continue the pregnency ya go for an abortion, in case of abortion u can opt for the tablet one as its safe. & dont delay.
