Southwest are the only ones I know who fly direct from vegas to san antonio or vice versa as I fly that route back in late january. Prices will probably be around $120-$150 one way.

Go to this site. It's the one I always use, I go there 2-3 times a year. And I always compare them to the other sites. And this is the best deals on the net for airfare, rooms, show tickets and more.

If Southwest airlines flys from San Antonio, Check out Southwest airlines Vacations.com. Their prices are hard to beat, and their packages are excellent.
