There's 106 new pokemon, bringing the total number of Pokemon up to 493.

Like everyone else said there is now 493 pokemon. They are going to use the DS Double screen features like in battle half on options half on battle also the touch scheen is going to be used for baking pofin(the new pokeblock) and to dress up your pokemon in The Beauty portion of Contests (Thats a New Feature)
