I don't think I could EVER get over it. You never really know until you in that situation but I'd REALLY have a hard time forgiving him.
The last guy that cheated on me got kicked out of my house five minutes after I found out and I haven't spoken to him since. I wasn't married to him so it would be obviously different with my husband...but I don't play that game!

It really depends on the situation. For example, if they cheated on you and said they're truely, sincerely sorry (definitely meaning what they say) then I would probably forgive them and stay together (with a warning...next time, they're gone). (The trust may be too hard to regain, so the relationship might not last much longer after that.) But if they don't seem to care about the relationship, then I would forgive them, but dump them right then and there.

I've never cheated on my wife and to my knowledge, she has never cheated on me. That's a hard question to answer. I'd like to think that I could be honest enough with myself to try and understand why it happened. Maybe I failed somewhere. Maybe I didn't give her the attention she deserved. I do know that it would take some serious counseling to get me to the acceptance level. And I'm sure it would be a long time before I would ever trust her again. But I believe that I love her enough to try and put it behind us and get on with our lives.

If my husband cheated on me I would probably forgive him but still divorce him and take everything he owns. It would be hard and awful but when you take vows to be faithful no matter what and you break those vows, the trust is gone and it's all down hill from there.

No I wouldn't forgive, and I have forgiven. Nor have I forgotten about it. However life has been good to me, too bad Karma kicked him in the ***.

No.
Also got to think about the added dangers that they would be putting you in by bringing home a fatal or dangerous disease. Unforgivable

Yes, there is much more to life than who slept with whom and why, much more, it would be such a waste of time, energy, emotion and life to get stuck brooding over it.

Nope. He was forewarned that if he screwed me over it would be only one time and he would be alone.
