hi, am a Nigerian and im also into acting. well A A and i just moved to the states a couples of years ago. anyway i used to live in a place called Surulere in Lagos, Nigeria (i hope you know the place i'm talking about) and my house was near the filming theater (nollywood). i dont know if u know but most films and actors/actresses hang out a lot in surulere. that's where they shoot most films and tv shows. while i used to live in surulere, i met all types of actors/actress like Genevieve nnaji, shola shobowale (she even came to my high school once), zack orji, pat attah, ramsey noah etc. i forgot the exact location that they do their filming in surulere but if you ask around someone will tell you. it's either bode thomas or something like that. sorry i cant really remember but just ask around.
i hope i helped tho and remember you can be anything you wanna be. just look at oluchi of africa, she used to sell bread on the streets of surulere before her friends urged her to the m-net face of africa thing in victoria island. they saw she was pretty, tall and very good at walking the run way. they sent her to the states and now she lives in new york. she has modeled for victoria's secret, christian dior, channel etc whenever they are doing that nokia face of africa thing or when they advertise on tv that they are doing talent shows, try to audition, u'd never know who is watching you!
futhermore, you can go to this website http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=80490849. it's genevieve's myspace. now im not sure if it's really her or an obcessed fan prettending to be her but it has pictures of her there and her life story, how she got into acting etc. the reason i said you should check it is becos you can send her a message and ask her how she got into acting, where she went etc. there are also other actors that are her friends on that page like rita dominic, 2 face, ramsey noah and so on. just try ur luck and send her a message. u'll never know if iy's her or not but it's worth the try.
sorry if my answer is too long lol. just trying to help. =)

I would not say that Satan made me convert, lol. I do not think in god, for this reason I do not think in Satan both. I did not particularly 'convert' to something. I simply got here to a selection that the concept of a god, reminiscent of the only within the monotheistic religions, isn't operating for me. If there's a god, I do not consider he could ship folks to 'Hell'. That's the stupidest proposal to me. That in itself would had been sufficient for my brain to give up believing in him. There are many extra different causes to record right here. Life now isn't greater, however no longer worse. At least I haven't any guilt over the whole lot, and no worry of a few imply god who places folks in hell. Religion is there for individuals who want steering. I understand how to be ethical with out an invisible guy threatening me to take action with fireplace. further: Don't attempt to say I have no idea the faith. I used to be raised with sunday college, and feature my brief suras memorized. I did learn the entire Quran in English (that is outstanding and I admire it), and studied different religions as good. It's not anything towards Islam. It's towards the concept of god customarily I do not consider.

I'd start by getting my friends together and having little plays at first, and then work your way up as you go. It will probably be harder to be an actress in Nigeria, but if you work hard, you can do anything!
God Blees,
