It's itchy because of the tension from your skin stretching. I use Palmer's Stretch Mark Message Cream. It helps with skin's elasticity so it's not so itchy and it's supposed to keep you from getting stretch marks if used regularly. I don't believe that part but it does relieve the itching.

Heard about Bio oil but never used. I just put any body lotion and kept moisturising it. As well I had Honey, olive and neroli pregnancy massage butter from Mediterranean, Boots own brand. They actually sell it in pack with some other things for pregnancy.
Good luck and best wishes!

Yes they do, even after many years! Use lotion, or an anti-itch cream. Also taking a bath in Aveeno or a similar product will help. Your clothing might be irritating the marks also if they fit snuggly, maybe try wearing something a little looser.

Hunn, That's the worst thing about pregnancy. It happens though. I tried Cocoa butter. I couldn't use it because I was alergic. But maybe you should try it. It helps a lot. If you still have problems with it ask your OBGYN Doctor to help you with your problem.

Bio oil is great. You can pick it up at boots. Helps reduce scarring also. Costs about £12-14 but it goes a long way!
