Sony ericsson k800i?

Question

anybody got one of these phones if you have what do you think of it , have you had any problems with it mine is a pain in the backside ive had it back to the shop a few times ,it never conects to the internet always freezes and yet the shop were i got it says there is nothing wrong with it , all the setting are right on it if i hadnt payed 450 euro for it id have thrown it at the wall by now ,anybody else have problems with theres thanks.

take it back to the shop and insist they do something about it.
the odd freeze up can be expected on anything connecting to the internet but if it is failing to connect every time then there is a full on fault of some description.
the shop SHOULD be able to sort it but dont be fobbed off and dont pay.
anything that is sold MUST work as it is expected to, this is your statutory right as a customer and you have the right to demand it to be sorted or take another handset in exchange, none of this should come out of your pocket by the way.....it is up to the shop or manufacturer to sort it for you as long as it is still under warranty (usually one year from date of purchase)

I have a k800i and that i need to consider all of the different solutions, that is an outstanding telephone. you may %. them up sparkling in some shops at present for lower than £70 on pay-as-you-go. i purchased my from Woolworths and were given a free bluetooth headset which may have fee £25! I have a Samsung D900i that is okay yet I desire the Sony in known use. the purely earnings that the Samsung has is that is has a much extra consumer pleasant programme for downloading songs from the web.

Is sounds like a rogue handset. You could try doing a software/firmware upgrade. That would suggest the freezing, its also possible if your phone is a generic handset or simfree you need to get the settings from the your network provider. My partner has one and it works fine.

My K800i is great, so far no problems. And i have to say that its very tough as well because once i dropped it on wet muddy ground very hard by mistake and still nothing broke or got damaged. so i think its a very good phone.

My K8OOi is fine.. it does freeze whilst playing the games but only when I recieve a message.. My mate had problems with the joy stick thing in the middle lol and had to get it replaced other than that mines fine. x

pls try to reset your mobile in settings and the paswerd is 0000
after that you try
if you face the same problem
then you have go to the shop and just flash your mobile
and it willbe fine
but the handset which you have is the best model in sony

well mine absolutely rocks...
but if your doesn't get it changed...!

go and show them that you cant connect to the internet make it freeze in fornt of them...
tell them to change it..
show them you are sick and tired of it...!

if you start to get irritated and tell them that their service sucks in front of many potential customers.. they will do something..

if he says nothing is worng with it... then tell him is it normal it just goes blank ... show me where is it written in the manual thisis ******* normal...
they will change it..
repeat that their after sles service is the worst you have ever experienced..

if still nothing happens and they are not willing to chnage it then.. updta eur firware from the sony website ..
install it and i think it should be better..
