He's two moths and got his first shots yesterday at 11:30am he got a fever at around 7pm and we gave him tylenol it went down but now is up again to 101.6

emergency room! i heard that if u have a child under 3 months old with a fever that high, u should always take them to the ER or dr. office right away.

Just keep a eye on him . After the shot he should have a fever for a day . If it does continue then call your doctor.

Give tyenolol every 4 hours and or motrin every 8 hours alternating.
Baths will cool baby down. Dress only lightly, just in pamper if you can. Give fluids +++ and don't worry about food. Baby will be fine. Don't worry.

I honestly can't remember....my oldest is 9 , but I would say if it last more than 3 days call the doctor.
