Highly unlikely. Ovulation and menstruation goes hand-in- hand. You will not menstruate (naturally) if you did not ovulate. Unless you took some pills to induce bleeding. If you are exclusively breastfeeding, you may not ovulate nor menstruate for about a year.
But if you are on mix feeding with a milk formula or have started to menstruate while still breastfeeding, then chances are you can get pregnant again.
Ask your doctor for a birth control pill that can be taken by breastfeeding moms.

Actually Zart97 is wrong. Many many women menstruate without ovulating, it is called an-ovulation. It usually takes awhile to get your period back when you're breastfeeding, but that varies from woman to woman. Hope this helps.
