possibly arthritis from typing, typer's wrist (like tennis elbow) back problems from hunching over a computer/type writer.
Eye-sight deterioration due to constant use of computer.

depends on the writing and its pupose. a novel contains many kinds of health problems such as gunshots, poisons, sword slashes, arrows, etc, while others may be about specific typesa of medical problems and may or may not be reality based, or fiction.

Diabetes, carpal tunnel, depression, addiction, extreme introversion, and the occasional spousal abuse if they're extremely tortured.
It's not a pretty life.
