You cannot make a better world by killing people.
A good step is to outlaw the death penalty alltogether.

There used to be a death penalty for murder in the UK. When it was abolished the murder rate dropped substantially. Studies have proved that the death penalty causes more crime, strangely enough. You'd think people would be deterred by the thought of dying, but it seems it just builds a climate of violence, and people behave violently too, as though the community was giving permission to use force to try to solve problems.

If there was a death penalty for racism then all the liberals in the world would have to be put to death.

No because there isnt a clear line between racism, predujice and just ignorance.
And besides theres a little matter of free speech.
If you dont like a particular race for whatever reason thats your right.
What is wrong is to tar all people of that race with the same brush using violence or fear.
Racism is hard to define as its human nature to be wary of outsiders or foreigners who do things different to our own.
This is why racial tensions occur in any mixed race country.
Sad but true. We are our own worst enemy because whilst we are all human we are also different and will alWays treat other as such.
Death penalty for Murderers, rapists, paedophiles and career criminals would be noce though.

.....And aside from the fact there should not be a death penalty for anything, how would you define "racism"? Be careful here, the wrong definition could cause some pretty "grave" problems, pun intended.
Let's just STOP killing each other and ACT better.

You cannot and should not legislate someone's opinion or view toward others. To do this would take away part of what makes us human. Besides MOST steroetypes are grown out of truth.
