I did on my nose and chest. We were just fine.
The congestion needs to be addressed with the doctor.... because it can cause you be nausa.

Yep! It's safe :) I had to use it quite often! I am 38 weeks pregnant now and had to ask my doctor about it early on. Good Luck!
