So lemme get this straight (no punn intended) your 13 year old friend wants to have sex with her girlfriend who is .. 36?
My God you must be joking (no seriously are you) if not heres what you should do.
1. Try to convince her shes crazy
2. Ask HER if she is joking
3. If she still wants to have sex at thirteen tell her its best to wait
4. If she ends up having sex with this 36 year old woman , report the 36 year old woman because thats bloody illegal!

Your friend is in the deep stuff, and should be aware that there are laws against child molestation. If she's caught, it won't be as if she had it off with a 15 yr-old boy, they'll throw the book at her. Society can be vicious enough with a male homosexual, with a woman in that situation? She'd be lucky to reach the court alive.
For her own sake, STOP HER! Show her these answers, mug her, but stop her.
