He needs to think through his choices very carefully.
This act is a highly effective way to transmit STD and AIDS.
In Australia, such an act bars a person from being a blood donor.
Your friends should get checks for STD's and maybe AIDS.

Just take a healthy poop.
If this was not consensual sex, then he really should report it to his parents and the police. He isnt the only one this guys done it to, and wont be the last if no one does anything about it.
If 'your friend' chose to allow this kind of thing, then he is having unprotected sex and has about a 1 in 3 chance of contracting a sexually transmitted disease.
Either way, you, sorry, 'your friend' has to make some decisions here. good luck.

Was this against your friends will? I think he needs help if it was and some counselling.
If he did it willingly your friend also needs to consider the consequences such as AIDS from unprotected sex.
As for the sperm, it'll all come out on its own
