I've got a cold right now
I begin to blow on both..if one side is more blocked than the other I hold the other nostril & blow.. & vice versa...(you get more power!)sometimes I do it really fast! haha ; )

One side at a time... but I only blow when I have a cold. I pick my nose with a kleenex when I need to clean it out... again - one side at a time. :)

Both at the same time.Life is too short to waste time blowing each nostril separately.Get it over with and move on.
